Test Architect/ Director

Required Skills: Director This role is crucial for driving QE transformation and ensuring the successful adoption of QA to QE Should have overall experience of 15 to 18 years in driving QA transformation to customers Should have good experience in driving next gen QA methodologies like digital assurance, cloud assurance, AI testing etc. Should have good understanding on test automation and different frameworks that are used as part of automation Should have lead or taken part in multiple large QA transformation programs Should have lead large QA transformation deals, presales we are primarily looking for a multi skilled test consultant with hands on experience in automation Should have lead multiple QA consulting engagements for customers. Experience in front ending with customer is critical Sales experience to front end with customers and position our offerings and create opportunities with customers Experience with automation both UI & API, QA transformation, test consultation, advisory, business creation Should understand various QA methodologies like function, non-functional, automation, performance, Test data management etc Should have worked with senior leadership in customer organization Should have strong communications skills Relevant certifications will be added advantage
