Competitive compensation Excellent Benefits including accrued time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability & life insurance, plus paid maternity and paternity leave Exclusive employee discounts and promotions Recognition programs and contests A collaborative and inclusive work culture Awarded Best Places to Work in BioPharma (2022, 2023, & 2024) Certified as a Great Place to Work (2022, 2023, 2025) Your Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of your Clinical Educators team Exhibit strong decision-making skills in operational, compliance, and leadership matters Ensure that all program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or surpassed in your region Analyze performance using quantitative and qualitative data Support the execution of all contractual program requirements efficiently Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program technologies, including CRM systems and reporting tools Prepare, review, and validate reports and communications before distribution Conduct regular field visits to coach Clinical Educators and document outcomes Provide ongoing coaching, professional development, and performance assessment of your team Effectively communicate program updates and organizational initiatives Equip direct reports with essential tools and resources Collaborate with leadership in client and internal meetings by providing insights and solutions Manage roster changes, including launches and territory adjustments Offer leadership support during planned or unexpected absences Utilize financial and operational data for informed decision-making and cost control Travel within your assigned region as required Perform additional duties as necessary Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience (BSN preferred) Active RN or RT license is mandatory 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in the field Proven experience in hiring, training, coaching, and talent development Clinical education experience with Healthcare Professionals is preferred Familiarity with a specific disease state or specialty area is advantageous Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and analytical abilities Competence in interpreting performance and financial data Residency within 60 minutes of a major airport Valid U.S. driver's license required Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook Willingness to travel up to 75% within assigned region Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and use standard office equipment About Inizio Engage: Inizio Engage is dedicated to improving lives through innovative engagement solutions in healthcare.
