As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will: Oversee patient admissions and discharges to ensure seamless care delivery. Engage in ongoing evaluation of patient care quality. Collaborate with the management team to foster teamwork and improve patient outcomes. Embody a patient-first philosophy, addressing service recovery when necessary. Contribute to staff selection, training, and performance evaluations. Assist with staff scheduling and manage inventory of supplies. Qualifications: Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Current registered nursing license; compact license accepted. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 90 days of hire.
