Key Responsibilities: Oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion. Develop precise estimates and budgets for restoration tasks, maintaining financial control. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to foster project success. Leverage industry software such as Xactimate, DASH, or MICA for accurate estimating processes. Requirements: 3-5+ years of experience in Project Management or Estimating within the restoration field. High School Diploma is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Knowledge of IICRC standards for Fire, Water, and Mold remediation is highly valued. Experience in commercial or residential construction with a strong foundation in reconstruction and mitigation practices. A proven ability to approach problems creatively and work proactively.
