We are excited to invite applications for the position of Field Training Lead, responsible for spearheading all program training and quality initiatives in support of a national field-based team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with training requirements, including onboarding, ongoing development, and refresher training, all while upholding program quality standards aligned with Inizio’s vision. Competitive compensation Excellent Benefits - accrued time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability & life insurance, along with paid maternity and paternity leave benefits Employee discounts & exclusive promotions Recognition programs, contests, and company-wide awards Exceptional, collaborative culture Ranking among the Best Places to Work in BioPharma (2022, 2023, & 2024) Certified as a Great Place to Work (2022, 2023, 2025) Your Responsibilities: Identify training needs through performance assessments and program requirement evaluations Design and implement robust training programs tailored to specific program needs using approved materials Deliver new hire, ongoing, and refresher training within defined timelines Continuously evaluate and enhance training plans and content to ensure alignment with current standards Monitor training effectiveness by tracking outcomes and presenting regular performance updates to leadership Collaborate across departments to create and update program-specific SOPs, work instructions, policies, and manuals Work with Learning & Development to support effective onboarding and orientation initiatives Provide constructive coaching feedback to enhance performance and overall customer experience Ensure all training and operational documentation is securely stored and maintained for audit readiness Stay updated with trends in training methodologies and best practices Support the career development of field team members through structured development planning Represent the program and Inizio Engage in broader business initiatives as needed Travel as required for national meetings and program needs Perform additional duties as requested What You Need: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (BSN preferred) Active RN or RT license required 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the field Previous training experience is preferred Experience in respiratory or related disease states preferred Strong instructional design and training material development skills Exemplary presentation and facilitation abilities Capability to assess performance data and translate insights into actionable training plans Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office Suite Willingness to travel as necessary Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and operate standard office equipment About Inizio Engage: Inizio Engage is a strategic, commercial, and creative engagement partner specializing in healthcare.
