Our Platform Security team specializes in creating secure solutions that maintain the integrity and confidentiality of critical enterprise applications. This includes roles in Oracle application security, Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, security provisioning, and comprehensive risk compliance management. We are seeking a talented Security Manager with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud security to lead our efforts in protecting essential applications such as ERP, HCM, and CX. Your role will include: Developing and executing robust security strategies and solutions tailored specifically for Oracle Cloud environments. Building and nurturing strong client relationships through effective communication and teamwork. Planning engagements meticulously to ensure deliverables meet expectations and contractual obligations. Implementing and refining security configurations and access controls, particularly during cloud migrations or setups. Continuously monitoring and adjusting security settings in line with Oracle’s evolving product offerings. Establishing and managing access controls, configuration controls, and transaction controls using Risk Management Cloud. Overseeing internal controls within Oracle Cloud systems to maintain data integrity and compliance. Creating comprehensive written reports and participating in client presentations. Identifying and pursuing opportunities for additional services to meet client needs. Qualifications: To be successful, you will need: A minimum of 5 years' experience in Oracle Cloud security design, implementation, and assessment. Experience across multiple Oracle Cloud application product suites. A background in product implementations and configurations related to Oracle Cloud. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 12 years if without a degree). Preferred Skills: The ideal candidate will also possess: Certification in Security (e.g., CISA, CISSP) and/or Oracle Cloud-related certifications. Strong experience in business process risk and control design. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement. High-level problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to new technologies. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
