Welcome to Hytrol Careers Overview As a Maintenance Technician on 2nd or 3rd shift at our manufacturing plant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations across the facility. You will respond to work orders assigned by the Maintenance Scheduler and perform a range of preventative and general maintenance tasks. This position offers an opportunity to apply your maintenance skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requires frequent and variable lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying of up to 50 pounds. ResponsibilitiesPerform general maintenance of manufacturing equipment Perform electrical and other general maintenance of building and grounds Respond to and resolve work orders assigned by the Maintenance Scheduler in a timely manner Inspect and diagnose equipment issues, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards Assist with installation and setup of new machinery and equipment within the facility Qualifications2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment Ability to work with mechanical systems and understanding of manufacturing processes Capability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team Proficiency in relevant software and diagnostic tools Education High School Diploma or GED required Thank you for visiting our careers page.
