Part-Time Customer Service Associate

Job Overview: Join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Associate, where your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional cleaning services for our customers' vehicles while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Thoroughly clean the inside and outside of customer vehicles. Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to enhance customer satisfaction. Greet customers warmly and answer their questions regarding our services. Explain the various options available at our car wash. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient processing of car washes. Qualifications: Strong commitment to excellent customer service. Effective communication skills. Punctual, responsible, and accountable work ethic. Able to stand for at least 4 consecutive hours. Display strong interpersonal skills. Additional Details: This role requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. The position involves constant movement and physical activities, including lifting (up to 50 lbs.), bending, reaching, and stooping.
