Your Role As a Senior Manager in Life Sciences Research and Development Consulting, you will serve as an authority on R&D, providing valuable insights at the crossroads of business, technology, and operations. Your expertise will enable clients to enhance their business performance, facilitating the efficient delivery of innovative therapies to patients. Your analytical mindset and creative problem-solving abilities will be the bedrock of groundbreaking solutions, while your strong communication skills will help articulate complex ideas and motivate your team. You will also guide clients through the intricacies of the clinical development process. Key Responsibilities Assist biopharma, biotech, and healthcare organizations in expediting product delivery to patients. Lead teams focused on designing and implementing comprehensive solutions for the entire R&D lifecycle. Advise clients on leveraging advanced digital technologies to transform into data-driven, AI-enabled enterprises. Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders to elevate Accenture's reputation as a trusted partner. Offer subject matter expertise in R&D technologies, such as EDC, CDMS, RIM, and PV DB. Guide projects in defining R&D IT roadmaps, assessing technology footprints, and implementing systems for optimal outcomes. Drive business development initiatives and contribute to expanding the Accenture Consulting practice. Enhance Accenture's thought leadership and technical skills in the pharmaceutical, med tech, and biopharma R&D sectors. What You Need A minimum of seven years of consulting experience in the Life Sciences R&D sector. A Bachelor's degree. Preferred Qualifications A Bachelor's degree focused on science or health engineering. Comprehensive knowledge of R&D and product lifecycle processes and technologies in pharma, med tech, and biopharma. At least four years of direct experience in Life Sciences R&D related to research, clinical development, or related fields. Experience in a leading consulting firm with a focus on management consulting. A network of existing clients in the Life Sciences industry. Strong track record in strategic consulting and efficiently solving complex issues. Proven ability to attract clients and secure partnerships.
