Job Description

Join our dedicated team and help us prioritize health! The HEDIS Non-Standard Supplemental Operations Solutions Manager plays a vital role in supporting and executing the HEDIS NSS program. This position requires a strong grasp of how the various functions within our organization connect and collaborate across departments. In this role, you will work collaboratively across different operational areas, enhancing processes and implementing innovative solutions and technologies. Your leadership will foster a cooperative atmosphere, guiding your team and partners to execute strategies vital for the success of Humana's Medicare Stars and Medicaid Lines of Business. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key partners within and outside the organization. Manage program documentation, oversee workgroups, and develop supporting infrastructure. Coordinate across business units to understand and influence future product development and operational growth. Enhance market relationships to align market-specific needs with operational processes and technological advancements. Support the exploration and evaluation of HEDIS vendors to improve operational processes across the two seasons, including RFP processes. Lead initiatives to expand data collection and improve manual clinical review processes in response to changing technological and technical specifications. Provide leadership on continuous improvement efforts, ensuring that HEDIS operational requirements are addressed and best practices are communicated and implemented. Bring your expertise to make a significant impact! Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. At least 7 years of experience in operations, strategy, or program management. Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in projects. Experience in process improvement. Background in healthcare. Strong analytical skills. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree. Experience with HEDIS and/or CMS Star Ratings. PMP certification. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies. Additional Information: This remote position requires a reliable internet service of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed. Additional stipends may be provided for employees in certain states. A professional workspace is essential to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information. As part of the hiring process, we will utilize an interviewing platform called HireVue to facilitate scheduling and evaluation of relevant skills and experiences. While this position is remote, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be needed. Weekly Hours: 40 Salary Range: $117,600 - $161,700 per year, with eligibility for a bonus based on performance.
