Maintenance Technician Full Time

Maintenance Technician (Full Time) Bay Club of Sandestin The Bay Club of Sandestin is a timeshare community, committed to providing high-quality products/services to our clients while maintaining a dynamic and inclusive work environment. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing mechanical issues, and supporting other infrastructure needs. Must be able to work weekends.  Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance. - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, providing timely and effective solutions. - Repair and replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and appropriate processes. - Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and complete work orders efficiently. - Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies. - Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. - Record and document maintenance activities, aligning with company standards. - Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role. - Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings. - Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. - Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
