About the Position: We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician who is ready to find a job that they can call home! Check out our local, luxury apartments below: Precedent Flats Apartments Overture Flats Apartments Job Duties Include: Performing hands-on maintenance tasks in and around our properties including appliance repair, apartment turns, and other work order requests. Addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally Working closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly Respond to after hours emergencies for 3 weeks out of each month Work with team in all instances of snow removal Job Requirements: A valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation Ability to perform physical/hands-on tasks in various weather conditions Must be a self-starter and flexible team player with strong problem-solving instincts 2+ years of property maintenance experience including appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC Ability to independently troubleshoot repairs with strong attention to detail Willingness to mentor entry-level team members on tool use and safety practices EPA Certification (or the willingness to obtain it within 90 days! Regency-paid.)
