Online Grocery Order Fulfillment Associate

Join our dynamic team as an Online Grocery Order Fulfillment Associate, where your primary responsibility will be to select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently while ensuring quality and freshness. As a key member of our E-Commerce team, you will assemble customers' orders, process payments and coupons, and assist with loading orders into customers' vehicles upon their arrival for pick-up. Key Responsibilities: Select and gather products for online orders with attention to quality. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' orders. Assemble and bag orders on the go, adhering to established bagging standards. Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers at the time of pick-up. Meet and exceed customer expectations regarding variety, freshness, and cleanliness. Follow all local, state, and federal laws, as well as food safety procedures and company guidelines. Ensure proper storage of products and maintain organization in staging areas. Interact with customers using a portable phone to respond to inquiries professionally and promptly. Process orders accurately through the point of sale (POS) system and manage substitutions effectively. Report discrepancies in pricing, scanning, and product locations as necessary. Qualifications: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong reading skills for shelf tags. Basic math skills, including counting, addition, and subtraction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Experience: Previous experience as a personal shopper, or in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, including cashier roles. Compensation for this position ranges from $16.70 to $21.27 per hour.
