This pivotal role partners closely with the Founder and CEO on enterprise-wide initiatives, driving strategic planning processes, and ensuring the successful execution of critical business priorities at the executive level. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting high-impact projects, developing executive and board-level materials, and acting as a key connector to enhance communication, accountability, and organizational effectiveness. You will lead the Executive Leadership Team, identify operational inefficiencies, and implement scalable processes that will support the company’s growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will possess 7-10 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, private equity, venture-backed startups, or related sectors. A proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives or managing high-performing teams is essential, alongside strong analytical and communication skills. This is a proactive, resourceful position within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree. Occasional travel may be required.
