Essential Functions Design and manage comprehensive organic social media and influencer strategies. Enhance our social media presence and customer interaction on key channels like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok while exploring new opportunities on emerging platforms. Stay current with the latest social technologies and trends, identifying areas for growth. Conduct social listening and trend analysis to inform content direction. Collaborate with the branding team to ensure content aligns with best practices. Work with external agencies to implement Go To Market strategies that propel business growth. Create engaging, innovative social-first content for all platforms. Pitch and brainstorm creative campaign ideas for social media. Train internal teams to uphold a unified social media strategy. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track success. Provide insights and analyses to enhance channel performance. Prepare and present reports for leadership. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements Over 5 years of proven experience in developing and executing social media and influencer strategies. Expertise in building media and campaign measurement plans. Familiarity with social media management tools and customer experience platforms. Analytical mindset for media analytics. A persuasive communicator who can influence key stakeholders. Strong critical and creative thinking skills with a knack for problem-solving. Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. A results-driven, proactive attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Resourceful, self-motivated, and eager to learn. A collaborative team player with great organizational skills and attention to detail. Understanding of SEO metrics is a plus.
