Senior Project Manager Join Cleo's Professional Services Project Management Office (PMO) as a Senior Project Manager and contribute to our exciting growth trajectory! We are seeking a talented professional with a proven track record in delivering cloud-based, integration-focused solutions. If you have experience in B2B Integration and/or EDI, that's a significant advantage! In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams, ensuring the successful implementation of Cleo products and services. You will work with cross-functional teams on key projects, ensuring that outcomes are met within defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, including initiatives related to strategic accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction by owning project delivery outcomes from kickoff to closure. Communicate project status, schedules, budgets, and risks to stakeholders throughout each project phase. Lead project kickoffs, planning sessions, and regular progress meetings. Motivate and lead teams of implementation engineers to achieve successful outcomes for Cleo and our customers. Effectively communicate the value of Cleo's solutions to customers. Take ownership of all project deliverables and outcomes. Support organizational growth by adhering to best practices in time accounting, forecasting, and budget management. Facilitate clear communication of project activities and needs with customers and other supporting departments. Contribute to a results-focused PMO using your delivery experience and strong project management skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with a desire for professional growth. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Experience with EDI, MFT, data movement, or file transfer technologies is highly desirable. Proven ability to manage resources, schedules, and budgets using Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or similar tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. Demonstrated experience in delivering cloud-based technology solutions. Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and executive presentation. Adept at collaborating with multiple business and technical teams. Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple concurrent customer projects. Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.
