Please attach a CURRENT resume or include a text resume in the application form.Responsibilities:The Shahbaz CNA provides assistance to residents according to the individualized care plan under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Responsibilities include all components of primary care with a special focus on caring for residents' needs beyond the medical model.Qualifications/Requirements:Experience in complex care and hospital settingHS degree or equivalent requiredCurrent NYS Certified Nursing Assistant license requiredAbility to complete comprehensive nursing orientationWillingness to work weekends on a rotating basis is required for full/part time schedulesRequired to attend full orientationMay be required to complete assessment via email as part of application processReliable transportation A current resume or complete employment history (employers/dates worked/titles) is required to be considered for this position Physical Requirements Stands, sits, and walks most of the day. Frequent moving and ability to lifting up to 50 lbs.
