Entry Leve Sign Production/Installs Helper

FASTSIGNS #110301 is hiring for a full-time Sign Production Specialist to join our team! A Successful FASTSIGNS Production & Install Support Specialist Will:Assist with day-to-day production tasks including cutting, assembling, cleaning, laminating, and preparing sign materials Follow layouts and work orders to apply vinyl or printed graphics to various substrates Help operate and maintain shop equipment such as printers, laminators, saws, and basic power tools Support installation projects as needed (on-site training provided) Use hand tools and saws safely and confidently for basic fabrication and assembly work Perform quality checks before and after production to ensure accuracy and workmanship Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe production and storage area Assist team members as needed to keep projects moving on schedule Ideal Qualifications:No sign industry experience required - we will train the right candidate Comfortable using hand tools, saws, and light power equipment Mechanically inclined or enjoys working with tools and building things High school diploma or equivalent Ability to stand for long periods (4+ hours) Ability to lift 50 lbs or more Ability to perform physical, hands-on work (this is a labor-intensive role) Reliable, willing to learn, and able to work well as part of a team Ability to work under pressure while producing high-quality work Why FASTSIGNS?
