Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Assist in food preparation, serving residents and washing dishes Handles special requests between meals Sanitize equipment in work stations Maintain departmental sanitation by completing directed and scheduled cleaning assignments and trash disposal Complete daily temperature logs Keep dining room and pantries fully stocked and cleaned at all times Excellent customer service skills Able to work in a fast paced environment and on feet 80-90% of the time Wait staff experience preferred but not necessary Kitchen experience preferred Flexible hours a must Heartwood Lodge Trinity Health is skilled nursing center located in the beautiful sand dunes in Spring Lake, MI.
