Ensure food safety and maintain product quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas. Respond to maintenance requests from various departments. Communicate effectively with team members and document maintenance issues. Record daily work activities in the maintenance management system. Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Must be 18 years or older. Ability to work independently and follow job plans. Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of refrigeration equipment. Basic math skills and proficiency in English. Ability to pass a physical examination and handle safety equipment. Familiarity with SAP for documentation and parts management. Able to work in cold environments (40 degrees or less) for extended periods. Proficient in using measuring devices and testing equipment. Mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of hand tools. Capability to perform upkeep tasks related to facilities. Able to operate a powered industrial truck or qualify for a license. Willingness to learn about RETA certification and pass Ammonia Operator classes. Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree in a refrigeration-related field. Previous experience in production or maintenance roles. Experience in meat processing or food handling. Certification in refrigeration or power equipment operation.
