This role requires strong hands-on Kanban program experience in a high-volume environment (Scrum experience alone is not sufficient). The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, particularly in cloud and infrastructure domains, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage delivery using Kanban methodology (not Scrum) for high-throughput, operational teamsFacilitate Kanban ceremonies including replenishment, flow reviews, and retrospectivesTrack and improve flow metrics (WIP, cycle time, throughput, lead time)Partner closely with cloud, network, and infrastructure engineers to remove blockersDrive continuous improvement and operational excellenceCoach teams on Kanban best practices and flow optimizationCollaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage incoming work effectivelyRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong Kanban program experience in high-volume environments (mandatory)Solid technical background with hands-on experience in:Cloud platformsNetwork engineeringInfrastructure / hardware systemsAbility to understand and communicate technical concepts with engineering teamsStrong problem-solving and facilitation skillsGrowth mindset with ability to learn quickly and adaptExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
