About the Role: As the Account Executive for LATAM, specifically focusing on the Digital Native Business sector, you'll be instrumental in promoting our solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises in Brazil. Use your exceptional sales skills to build relationships, navigate negotiations, and drive growth, all while exceeding quarterly sales targets. We seek a proactive individual with a proven sales track record and a hunter mentality. What You Will Do: Drive significant revenue growth within diverse, complex territories. Proactively identify and nurture sales opportunities, developing a robust sales pipeline. Oversee the complete sales process while collaborating with business development, customer success, and support teams. Develop and present compelling value propositions to potential customers. Work closely with Solutions Engineers & Professional Services to guarantee customer satisfaction. Manage relationships with customers to uncover new opportunities and maximize sales potential. Maintain a strong understanding of Confluent offerings and analyze the competitive landscape. Travel to customer locations as needed to explore and develop sales opportunities. Demonstrate negotiation skills for SaaS/cloud/software contracts. What You Will Bring: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role with a focus on acquiring new clients. Experience in Big Data, Cloud, SaaS, Open Source, or Enterprise IT Solutions preferred. Familiarity with established sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger). A proven history of exceeding sales quotas and achieving metrics. Exceptional communication skills and strong presentation abilities. Excellent time management skills and a self-driven work ethic. A commitment to integrity and collaboration as a key team player. Advanced customer relations and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel to meet clients as necessary.
