This role is responsible for executing technical configuration, extensions, integrations, and automations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the Microsoft Power Platform.At TAS, we value current mastery of modern Microsoft technologies over tenure with legacy platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep, hands-on experience with contemporary Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities and operates comfortably within a configuration-first, architecture-governed delivery model.The Senior Developer works under the technical guidance of the Solution Architect, collaborates closely with Functional Consultants and Business Analysts, and contributes directly to building secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.This is a full-time, fully remote role, operating within an onshore delivery model.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute technical configuration and development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer ServiceBuild and maintain Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI artifactsImplement extensions and integrations following Solution Architect–defined standards and patternsImplement and maintain secure, API-based integrations with Indigov/GovDelivery and DIR telephony platformsDevelop and support case-management workflows, routing logic, SLAs, and automation rulesDevelop technical logic and scripts for the transition of legacy data, ensuring the reconciliation of historical records dating back to 2002Ensure all solutions are configuration-first, minimizing custom code and preserving platform upgradeabilityParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectivesUse Azure DevOps (ADO) as the mandated system of record for development tasks, defects, and technical documentationCollaborate with QA resources to resolve defects and support UAT readinessEnsure all technical implementations comply with Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §213 and Section 508 accessibility standardsProduce and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activitiesRequired Skills & ExperienceU.S.-based candidate (onshore delivery requirement)6–9+ years total development experience4+ years hands-on with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power PlatformExperience with integrations, data migration, and secure public-sector systemsProven experience serving as a Senior Developer on enterprise CRM or case-management implementationsDeep, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer ServiceStrong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BIExperience implementing integrations using APIs, data connectors, and Azure servicesStrong understanding of security roles, data models, and environment management within Dynamics 365Proficiency using Azure DevOps (ADO) for task tracking, defect management, and sprint executionExperience working in Agile delivery environmentsStrong collaboration and technical communication skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience delivering solutions in state, federal, or public-sector environmentsFamiliarity with compliance-driven development, including accessibility and auditability requirementsExperience supporting large, highly visible CRM modernization initiativesPublic-sector experience is strongly desired, but not required.Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)Benefits: Full health benefits, PTO, 401(k), and a fully remote work environmentHow to ApplyIf you are a senior-level developer who excels at building modern, configuration-led CRM solutions and thrives in disciplined, public-sector delivery environments, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.Please submit your resume to begin the conversation.This is a remote position.
