The Role In this role, you will meet directly with homeowners, inspect their properties, identify their exterior remodeling needs, and provide tailored solutions. You will handle warm and self-generated leads, represent a highly trusted brand, and assist customers throughout the sales process from inspection to contract agreement. This is a relationship-focused, in-home sales position backed by robust support, proven methodologies, and high-quality products. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners for scheduled and self-generated appointments Conduct exterior inspections (roofing, siding, gutters, etc.) Educate customers on materials, warranties, and project options Present estimates and close contracts on-site Follow up with customers to ensure a seamless transition to production Log activities and manage your pipeline using CRM tools Professionally represent Potomac Custom Remodeling in the field What We're Looking For Sales experience preferred (in-home, roofing, construction, or remodeling is a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-reliant and comfortable working in the field Competitive, goal-oriented, and open to coaching Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Capability to climb ladders and perform basic exterior inspections If you are driven, professional, and eager to be part of a reputable company, you will thrive in this role.
