Requisition ID: 43512BR Business Unit: LPG Job Description: The Perry Group, a CDM Smith company, is looking for a talented and experienced Project Construction Manager specializing in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) / Design-Build to lead our heavy industrial projects. This role is integral for ensuring the highest standards of quality control for all construction endeavors. Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing comprehensive Administrative and Technical direction for multiple projects, managing them independently or with the help of other Construction Managers. Overseeing the implementation of our overall Safety Program, including administration of Safety Manuals and Training. Managing scheduling for all construction projects and training Construction Managers in scheduling software. Estimating construction costs for proposals and assisting in developing Bid Packages and Scopes of Work. Ensuring that construction efforts align with design specifications, budgetary constraints, and timelines. Implementing and validating quality assurance and quality control protocols on-site. Planning and supervising field activities, while authorizing all personnel transactions under supervision of the Director of Construction. Ensuring compliance with all company, client, and project policies and verifying personnel training. Maintaining official project documentation and logs. Regularly visiting job sites for training, audits, and meetings. Approving punch lists and conducting final inspections to confirm quality standards. Collaborating with project management to monitor manpower and budgetary needs. Pay Range: $104,000.00 - $168,480.00 Minimum Qualifications: Five (5) years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, Eight (8) years of relevant experience with an Associate degree, or Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience with a high school diploma. The degree should be in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar technical field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in EPC / Design-Build environments. Project management expertise for heavy industrial sectors. Proven ability to lead field teams effectively. OSHA certification (10, 30, etc.).
