Job Details Assignment Type: Travel (Nuclear Medicine Technologist / NMT) Location: Langhorne, PA 19047 — near Philadelphia, PA Setting: On-site, Nuclear Medicine Unit (medical imaging) Start Date: March 29, 2026 End Date: June 27, 2026 Duration: 13 weeks Schedule: Monday through Friday, varied day shifts (6:30 AM–3:00 PM, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM) Hours per Week: 40 Shift Duration: 8-hour days Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,190 - $2,360 per week Job Requirements / Qualifications Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification/license (NMT). Examples: NMTCB or ARRT(N) credentials are commonly accepted. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist or equivalent clinical experience in nuclear medicine / medical imaging Ability to work varied day shifts as scheduled Completion of required onboarding health screenings and background checks (drug screen, immunizations, competency testing) Strong communication, patient care, and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting Key Skills & Competencies Experience preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals Operation and quality control of gamma cameras, SPECT/PET equipment Knowledge of radiation safety, ALARA principles, and infection control Patient positioning, image acquisition, and accurate documentation Familiarity with radiology information systems (RIS) and PACS is a plus Responsibilities Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures following established protocols and safety standards Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic imaging and therapeutic purposes with attention to dosage and safety Operate imaging equipment (gamma camera, SPECT/PET) and ensure accurate image acquisition and data collection Perform routine quality control, record keeping, and calibration checks as required Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care Adhere to radiation safety, infection control policies, and departmental procedures If you are a certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) seeking travel nuclear medicine technologist jobs in Pennsylvania or the greater Philadelphia area, we want to hear from you.
