Music Sales Specialist

Your Role as a Music Sales Specialist Join our team to achieve sales excellence while sharing your passion for music! The purpose of this role is to consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals that support our store's overall sales and profit objectives. You will provide exceptional customer service and take on additional responsibilities that contribute to the success of the store. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales to surpass personal targets. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program effectively. Build relationships with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to generate new business. Develop strong customer relationships through engaging and persuasive sales presentations. Deliver outstanding customer service to every individual who walks through our doors. Encourage customer loyalty through personalized interactions. Assist in various aspects of the store's operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance of the space. Help maintain store security protocols regarding keys and alarm codes. Complete any additional tasks assigned. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music notation.
