This key role is integral to the organization's most complex and significant initiatives, such as forming new legal entities, establishing intricate reinsurance agreements, and designing equity and profit-interest compensation structures. The selected candidate will lead the internal Significant Transaction Review process, provide essential support to senior leadership during transaction analyses, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP standards. This role goes beyond traditional accounting policies; it requires an intellectually curious and highly organized individual who thrives in ambiguous situations and possesses a strong drive to understand, structure, and document substantial transactions.
