Industry Insurance Type Privately HeldAbout the Role The Company is looking for a dynamic Vice President for the Evaluation of Significant Transactions. This key role is integral to the organization's most complex and significant initiatives, such as forming new legal entities, establishing intricate reinsurance agreements, and designing equity and profit-interest compensation structures. The selected candidate will lead the internal Significant Transaction Review process, provide essential support to senior leadership during transaction analyses, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP standards. This role goes beyond traditional accounting policies; it requires an intellectually curious and highly organized individual who thrives in ambiguous situations and possesses a strong drive to understand, structure, and document substantial transactions. Key responsibilities include: Conducting thorough transaction analysis and coordination Engaging collaboratively with various business units Providing executive-level support and insight The ideal candidate will have experience in Big 4 Transaction Services, as well as technical accounting or specialized insurance and reinsurance accounting roles. A demonstrated history of evaluating intricate contracts and advising on their structures is crucial.
