Details Home health setting serving patients throughout Morris County Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with no weekend shifts Candidates may be required to float to a nearby sister hospital as needed Patient documentation is completed using Epic; prior Epic experience is preferred Requirements Active New Jersey PT license required if applicable Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Home health experience required English language proficiency required Board certification as a specialist and experience in acute care are preferred Epic EMR experience preferred Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted Additional Information Responsibilities include patient evaluation, developing and implementing plans of care, providing interventions, performing patient and family education, and appropriate documentation and billing May support clinical competency development, orient new staff, and serve as a clinical instructor for students Assigned at the main orientation location in Morristown, NJ First-time travelers will be considered Assignment limited to one calendar year; a break of 30-60 days is required before returning Blue scrubs are required American Traveler Job ID #P-667486.
