Location: Louisiana (Multi-Campus Travel Required) Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Admissions for a network of career colleges and schools across Louisiana. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is comfortable working with data, reports, and cross-campus coordination.The Executive Assistant will serve as a key partner to the Vice President of Admissions, ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate reporting, and effective communication across multiple campuses.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to the Vice President of AdmissionsCreate, maintain, and analyze daily and weekly admissions reportsDevelop detailed Excel dashboards and performance tracking toolsCompile enrollment data and generate executive summariesCoordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and manage calendarsAssist with CRM data management and reportingTravel to various campuses throughout Louisiana to support admissions teamsMaintain confidentiality of sensitive student and institutional informationSupport special projects and strategic initiatives as assignedRequired QualificationsExperience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative roleAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, reporting dashboards)Strong analytical and reporting skillsComfortable learning and utilizing CRM systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detailWillingness and ability to travel throughout Louisiana as needed on monthly basisHigh level of professionalism and discretionPreferred QualificationsExperience in vocational, post-secondary, or recruiting/admissions environmentsExperience working with enrollment metrics or performance-based teamsFamiliarity with CRM platforms or other admissions systemsWhat We’re Looking ForA self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiativeStrong problem-solving skillsExceptional organizational abilityComfort working with data-driven performance metricsA collaborative professional who can build relationships across campusesWhy Join Us?Opportunity to work directly with executive leadershipImpact student enrollment growth across multiple campusesTravel and engage with teams throughout LouisianaCompetitive compensation and benefits packageIf you are highly skilled in Excel, comfortable working with data and CRM systems, willing to travel, and excited about supporting executive leadership in a dynamic admissions environment, we encourage you to apply.About Linden ManagementLinden Management, LLC is a Shreveport, LA based company with operations throughout Louisiana.
