What You Will Do: Utilize the nursing process, critical thinking, and technical skills to deliver safe, independent patient care. Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes. Exhibit professionalism through active engagement in unit and organizational activities. Demonstrate teamwork and adaptability, serving as a valuable resource to the patient care team. Be accountable for delivering quality nursing care and promoting a positive image of the nursing profession. What You Need to Qualify: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma, associate's, or baccalaureate). Minimum of six (6) months of clinical nursing experience. Current Registered Nurse License in Texas or Multi-State Compact License (must obtain Texas RN license within 60 days of hire). Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
