What You'll Do: As a Senior Workday Integration Specialist, you'll work closely with an Integration Lead or independently on smaller projects, delivering a wide range of integrations that meet client business needs. You will leverage your expertise in data integrations across various systems to ensure high data quality and dependable digital information exchanges. Utilizing your strong analytical skills, you will identify and resolve complex integration challenges involving the Workday cloud application and external systems in Human Capital Management and Finance. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and supporting the testing of Workday integration code, including Studio, EIB, and related third-party coding. You will be committed to following the strategic direction set by client leadership for Workday project objectives. Your role will involve promptly identifying and escalating risks while developing alternative technical and functional approaches as necessary. This position requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, with preferred locations in Nashville, TN and Atlanta, GA. Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, especially in a Workday Extend developer role. At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Workday Extend, covering Model Level Components, PMD scripting, Orchestrations, Studio, EIB, and third-party coding. Experience with US and/or Global Workday deployments, focusing on Workday Extend or Cloud platform experience. Proficiency in web service technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and programming skills in JavaScript, Java, or Python. Experience leading implementation teams focused on custom web applications or Platform-as-a-Service, ideally with Workday solutions. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years). An Associate's degree requires 6 years of work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Workday Extend and Studio Certifications. At least 2 years of recent consulting experience in a Workday Extend lead role. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday Extend, focusing on key components, scripting, and support coding. Experience with US and/or Global Workday deployments, particularly in relevant Workday Extend/Cloud platform functions. Familiarity with web services and scripting languages, along with knowledge of API First Architecture. An ability to understand both technical components and application design for effective Workday Extend app development. Capability of working both creatively and analytically within problem-solving environments, with familiarity in tools like Excel and PowerPoint. Compensation: Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience.
