Demonstrate skilled communication that aligns words with actions and encourage accountability among colleagues. Education: Completion of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program is required. Experience: Previous experience in a patient care setting is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
