DL has proven success in the deployment of next-generation infrastructuretechnologies across the data center lifecycle; from design & planning,install & build through Day 2 maintenance, technology upgrades &retrofits, including delivering the latest wave of AI/ML platforms.Job Title: Workforce Management AnalystAbout the role:As a Workforce Management Analyst, you will beinstrumental in optimizing our operational efficiency and resource allocation,with a specific focus on owning and streamlining the agency timecard process.This includes ensuring accurate time reporting, reconciling timecard data withschedules and performance, and collaborating closely with relevant departmentsto maintain data integrity and support timely and precise payroll processingfor our agency workforce. You will leverage your analytical skills to identifyand implement improvements, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all aspectsof time management.Your responsibilities will include proactivelycollaborating with agency suppliers to investigate and resolve any timecarddiscrepancies, ultimately ensuring accurate records, timely payments, andstrong relationships with our agency partners.What you will be doing: Data Accuracy: Being detail oriented with the data and ensuring timecard accuracy Reporting and Updates: Creating and maintaining status update reports for suppliers and stakeholders Adaptability and Quick Thinking: Handle last-minute changes and shift priorities with patience and flexibility in resolving discrepancies with suppliers and Operations. Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks to support the agency timecard process Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, payroll, and external agencies to drive task coordination and process efficiency. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies, ensuring efficient recruitment processes and managing timecards, invoicing, and billing. What you will need: A minimum of 1-3 years' experience as a TA Ops Analyst, TA reporting analyst or a similar role is preferred. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a TA analyst position or a related field is preferred. Some experience dealing with timecard processing/payroll and understanding tracking worked hours. Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems is advantageous. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required. Strong verbal and relational abilities to connect with team members, management, clients, and collaborators. Experience with Greenhouse, Avature, or other ATS platforms is a plus. Must demonstrate urgency and attention to detail, thriving in fast-paced environments. Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Fast learner, self-starter, and highly proactive in completing tasks. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in sensitive environments. Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset. Desire to learn more about recruiting and human resources practices. The minimum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $92,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $104,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
