Job Responsibilities: • Reconcile bank accounts across multiple entities and research discrepancies • Generate and review job cost reports to support reconciliations and labor reclassifications • Post recurring journal entries, including intercompany transactions and depreciation • Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting balance sheet schedules for multiple locations • Adjust inventory based on physical counts and ensure accurate balances • File sales and payroll tax returns, including quarterly filings and annual wage forms • Maintain borrowing base schedules and support lender reporting requirements • Monitor Work-In-Progress balances to ensure accurate financial reporting • Process payroll bank uploads, approve ACH transactions, and maintain retirement plan records • Complete year-end close procedures and assist with audit support Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • Experience within the construction industry - ideally with a sub-contractor or general contractor • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS) Preferred: • Experience with Dynamics GP Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting? • Pay : We negotiate high salaries using U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics • Benefits & Bonuses : You are eligible for medical, dental, vision insurance benefits, 401K, and monetary bonuses • Permanent Employment : Many of Addison's Finance & Accounting job openings lead to potential permanent employment • Connections : You connect directly with hiring managers from renowned organizations • Options : You are presented multiple employment options near your home • Professional Development : You are provided hiring process advice, resume revision, and employment term negotiation Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
