Your Role: As a Senior Financial Analyst specializing in Customer Retention, you will be pivotal in enriching our business strategy by delivering insights that bolster customer satisfaction and promote long-term success. Your critical responsibilities will include: Ownership of Forecasting: Manage the end-to-end renewal forecasting process. Develop, validate, and maintain robust models that accurately predict churn, renewal rates, and retention outcomes, providing insightful analysis that enhances financial planning. Retention Metrics Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze retention metrics across our SaaS product lines. Provide timely insights and updates to Retention Analytics and Customer Retention Leaders, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Manage weekly updates and conduct monthly/quarterly reviews. Strategic Insights: Perform in-depth variance analysis to identify factors influencing retention performance against targets. Anticipate critical questions and offer strategic recommendations proactively. Data Integrity & Reporting: Regularly reconcile retention data and implement necessary adjustments to ensure precise reporting. Work with extensive data sets to extract meaningful insights and improve analytics processes. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree is beneficial. 5+ years of experience in FP&A or similar roles, ideally within SaaS or subscription models. Strong expertise in financial modeling and data analysis. A self-motivated, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of converting abstract information and fragmented data into practical insights. Excellent communication skills, able to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences across teams. Salary Information: The annual base salary range for this role is $98,000 - $130,000, determined by location, experience, and pay equity within the organization.
