Quality Technician - 2nd Shift

Maintains compliance with Company and plant safety policies and procedures. Completes all annual training as required. Wears required personal protective equipment (PPE) during the entire shift, to include: safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and safety footwear, etc. Assist quality lead or designee with the dimensional measurement of extruded tubing and various tubing assemblies Visual inspection of extruded tubing and various tubing assemblies Perform calibrations Initiation of proposed specifications and /or revision of existing specifications Packaging and shipping product Incoming/receiving inspection duties Production lot release activities In process inspection activities Maintain accurate, legible and detailed records of activities Accurately use calipers, protractors and other measuring devices to inspect parts. Assist manufacturing process engineer with the development and testing of products and materials Assist Production Supervisor or designee in the following: Tubing collection In-Process measurements Packaging and labeling Other duties as assigned by the management team M-F 3:00pm - 11:00pm Pay Rate: $16.50/hr Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
