Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 03/22/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Travel CT Technologist - Morristown, NJ Department: Radiology - CAT Scanning Location: Morristown, NJ Duration: 13 Weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Schedule Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM Cost Center: MMC CT 102-000066602 Compensation Package Gross Weekly Pay: $3,181 Tax-Free Stipend: $1,561/week W2 Hourly Rate: $45/hour Key Responsibilities Perform CT procedures according to established protocols. Verify patient identification per AHS policy. Obtain and prepare necessary medical, surgical, and radiological supplies. Maintain sterile field and instruments as required. Prepare and process requisitions accurately. Communicate with patients and families before, during, and after procedures while maintaining privacy and dignity. Adhere to HIPAA regulations. Monitor patients before and after contrast administration and report adverse reactions. Assess patient tolerance for contrast; screen for allergies and medication incompatibilities. Adhere to venipuncture and power injector protocols. Ensure availability of medical records, labs, and patient history. Participate in emergency response when needed. Maintain adequate supplies and assist with inventory. Maintain QA/QC requirements (daily, monthly, ACR specifications). Recognize and report equipment malfunctions. Ensure timely processing of emergent imaging (Code Grey, Trauma, Partial Trauma) per protocol. Notify radiologist of unusual findings promptly.
