House Supervisor (RN)

A health services system in Albany, New York, is seeking an experienced, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team as a House Supervisor. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 3pm to 11pm (8-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid lunch) Responsibilities: Ensuring the safety of all residents, staff, and the facility plant during the shift Supervising care provided to all residents and the staff on duty Working with pediatric and young adult residents Taking charge of a specific unit, including administering medications and treatments Independently managing staffing and making decisions regarding nursing care Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications: 3+ years of Nursing experience Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license CPR Certification Experience in Long Term Care, working with Neurological impairments Supervisory experience of at least 1 year, with a preference for 3 years Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Advanced certification in Nursing
