Elicit and analyze requirements from business units and facilitate communication with programmers and developers. Conduct cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to inform system implementation decisions. Apply deep understanding of business functions to address challenges and identify areas for improvement. Support complex business processes and contribute as a member of project teams. Act as a liaison between business and IT to deliver technical solutions that meet user needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 8-10 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with programming languages to interpret code and basic functions. Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel skills. Strong project management abilities to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines. Problem-solving aptitude and ability to comprehend complex technical details. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various technical levels. Analytical mindset with a knack for innovative solutions.
