You combine your expertise, creativity, and analytical skills to tackle complex business challenges, whether leading projects or managing intricate details of Oracle solutions. With strong communication skills, you inspire teams to perform at their best. The Work: Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions. Collaborate with clients to gather and understand functional and technical requirements. Work with cross-functional teams to optimize payroll processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions and integrations. Provide guidance and transform requirements into Oracle HCM configurations. Create functional and technical design documentation. Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand and design end-to-end payroll processing solutions. Support testing phases and help execute go-live preparations. Organize tasks and report on progress effectively. Travel may be necessary depending on client needs. What You Need: Certification in Cloud HCM applications, particularly in the Payroll module. A minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud. Experience with at least 2 full life-cycle implementations of Oracle Payroll Cloud. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Bonus Points If: You hold Oracle HCM Payroll Certification. You have experience managing teams and delivering projects. You possess cross-functional knowledge of other HCM modules. Compensation at Accenture is competitive and varies based on various factors including location, role, and experience level.
