We are actively searching for an experienced Senior Project Manager for Federal Initiatives to drive high-quality, innovative solutions for our clients. In this critical role, you will oversee complex large-scale implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to our customers' satisfaction. The ideal candidate will leverage industry best practices and a deep understanding of our products to analyze business needs and align our solutions with client objectives effectively. You will apply Oracle's methodologies and policies while minimizing risks, providing leadership and guidance to your project teams. In a dynamic matrix environment, you will influence key decisions and ensure deliverables exceed client expectations, supporting the Task Order Owner in the successful delivery of significant projects. This position requires working from our Arlington, VA office four days a week. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with scope, contractual obligations, and financial commitments. Manage the scope of large, complex task orders across multiple sites effectively. Supervise staffing requirements based on project timelines. Oversee third-party supplier contracts to align with project resource needs. Analyze project hours and variances, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions. Document lessons learned for continuous improvement. Collaborate with clients to manage and clarify project expectations. Coordinate the preparation of high-quality contractual deliverables accepted by clients. Mentor and provide direction to team members to enhance their performance. Facilitate necessary Work at Risk approvals. Manage and mitigate project risks and issues with the delivery team. Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule, tracking updates and identifying potential delays. Assist in Monthly Performance Management meetings with clients for ongoing assessment. Foster strong relationships with clients and internal project management teams. Support internal project reviews and status reports for assigned task orders. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree and/or 8-10 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in project team leadership or management. Strong understanding of established project management principles. Ability to thrive in a matrix management environment. Exceptional communication skills for engaging with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors. Expertise in related products, technologies, or industry areas. Sales skills are a plus. Willingness to travel as necessary. Must be a US Citizen and capable of obtaining a government security clearance. Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position in the US is $87,000 to $178,100 per year, with opportunities for bonuses and equity.
