Overview JOB TITLE: Regional Analyst for Readiness Improvement Programs CAYUSE COMPANY: Cayuse Technologies, LLC LOCATION: Remote (Must reside in AL, FL, GA, or MS) SALARY: $72,000-$82,000 EMPLOYEE TYPE: Full-Time Salary Exempt TRAVEL: Yes, 50% RELOCATION: No The Work The Regional Analyst for Readiness Improvement Programs will play a vital role as a liaison connecting our clients to various states and territories, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. You will lead efforts to enhance operational readiness through various improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass organizing and conducting workshops, assessing readiness levels, and devising actionable strategies that align with the client’s readiness improvement initiatives. You will also analyze training trends, ensure compliance with guidelines, and build strong collaborative relationships with program stakeholders. Responsibilities Act as the Regional Advisor for AL, FL, GA, MS, PR, and VI. Organize and manage workshops for clients. Safeguard government-issued computers and property. Maintain proper contractor identification in all communications and documentation. Travel as necessary within your assigned region for workshops. Implement utilities conservation practices during use of government facilities. Conduct readiness workshops on training selection and qualifications within your region. Support other Regional Advisors with workshops as needed. Perform one to two state-level workshops annually with each jurisdiction in your region. Review soldier training records to assess requirements and develop plans for improvement. Focus on units with DMOSQ percentages below 75% to enhance training qualifications. Analyze PME rates and create strategic plans to lower legacy rates to below 20%. Manage training quotas effectively to optimize training resources and reduce costs. Conduct thorough readiness reviews and planning with quota managers to improve DMOSQ. Develop a matrix outlining objectives and achievements aligned with the implementation plan. Identify individuals not enrolled in necessary training and formulate action plans to address this. Evaluate trends and provide recommendations for enhancing DMOSQ and PME processes. Monitor chronic non-DMOSQ individuals and implement strategies for engagement. Conduct site visits with relevant stakeholders to build relationships and communicate regional objectives. Submit After Action Reviews (AAR) within three days after workshops or conferences. Address concerns and issues arising during workshops for analysis and resolution. Undertake additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Here's What You Need A minimum of ten (10) years in relevant experience. Strong understanding of ARNG personnel and training policies/regulations. Proficient with ARNG personnel systems including ATRRS, TAPDB-G, IPPS-A, and more. Experience as a Senior NCO or Officer in the Army National Guard is preferred. Active Secret clearance is required. Ability to pass required background checks throughout your employment. Minimum Skills Required: Effective problem-solving capabilities. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to address customer needs promptly and with urgency. Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Self-motivated with excellent multitasking abilities.
