Your Role: As a confident leader in the SAP ecosystem, you will keep a pulse on industry trends and translate client goals into actionable strategies that drive results. You will leverage the capabilities of various SAP platforms to create value, transform functions, and establish best practices for clients globally. Your Responsibilities Include: Collaborating with clients on SAP functional transformation programs, utilizing your extensive SAP and functional process knowledge. Engaging with senior executives to discuss business challenges, trends, and the value potential of SAP solutions. Leading clients in defining their SAP journey by developing business cases and roadmaps, including during proposal development and client presentations. Architecting end-to-end solutions leveraging SAP technologies and custom applications. Advising and designing innovative solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices. Leading project teams of varying sizes to achieve transformative roadmaps, either on-site with clients or within Accenture. Becoming a trusted advisor to clients and Accenture Leadership by staying informed on regulations, trends, and innovations. Contributing thought leadership, building assets and best practices, and helping develop the next generation of transformation experts. Please note that travel may be a requirement for this role, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business needs. What You Need to Succeed: A minimum of 7 years of experience as a SAP Functional Solution Architect and Process Integration Lead, with a deep understanding of CS&S processes within the Utilities Industry. Experience in SAP projects supporting Utilities clients (SAP support/managed services experience is not counted). At least 4 years of experience with CS&S integrations across cross-functional areas. Successful completion of at least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, encompassing project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Utilities clients. Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model, focusing on leading workshops and design decisions, as well as overseeing system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live processes. Prior experience in an advisory or consulting role. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience). An Associate's degree will require a minimum of 6 years of equivalent work experience.
