Position Summary: As an Epoxy Flooring Installation Lead, you will be responsible for daily epoxy flooring installations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction at all times. This role includes performing full onsite installations, customizing products, and making necessary adjustments using our provided equipment. What We Offer: Competitive compensation package ($24-26 per hour) Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits after 30 days 401k Savings Plan Paid Time Off Childcare benefits to support families Endless opportunities for growth and advancement Additional Perks: 24/7 Employee Assistance Program for legal, financial, and counseling support Employee discount marketplace with discounts on a variety of products and services Engagement in groups like Vet Connect & Women’s Committee for community support and resources Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Execute daily installation jobs to boost productivity and location efficiency Deliver quality installation services adhering to established training protocols Provide exceptional customer service at job sites Adhere to job site safety regulations, PPE policies, OSHA guidelines, and company safety procedures Address and resolve onsite installation challenges through product measuring, adjustments, and customizations Operate company-provided vehicles Possess a valid driver's license Complete other duties as assigned by your supervisor Experience and Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in decorative concrete (epoxy, acrylics, urethane, etc.) Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle Willingness to travel as needed Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment Responsible for overseeing the efficiency and production of the install truck Manage and count inventory Report installation and service work to the Install Manager Overtime/Additional Hours: Availability for additional hours may be required (Exempt Positions) Physical Requirements: Work in Field Office/Manufacturing/Construction Environment Follow all OSHA regulations, including wearing a respirator as required Perform work outdoors in varying temperatures and climates Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly to move objects Leaf Home is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
