Job Overview:The Technical Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing technical projects, including customer onboarding, phishing campaigns, email signature implementations, Sharepoint migrations, and internet installations.This role reports to the Technical Project Management Team Lead.The Technical Project Coordinator will interact daily with the Cortavo support teams to:Drive project activities by working with our Service Desk, Field Services, and Engineering departmentsCoordinate/ensure all tasks are being completed within expected timeframeEnsure that procurement is happening as expectedField engineer scheduling for onsite activities (site surveys, hardware installations)Validate orders for internet and other services that may need to be provisionedThe Technical Project Coordinator will interact their assigned Cortavo customers to ensure:Project definition, project planning, date setting, and milestone trackingCoordinate interactions with Cortavo resources to accomplish project requirementsContinual understanding of project milestones and timelines by frequent verbal and written communicationResponsibilities:Anticipate customer needs and proactively addressing them throughout the project management process, ultimately positioning accounts for continued success.Ensure timely and successful project management to help customers realize the business value of our partnership and offerings.Maintain customer satisfaction by engaging other teams and removing roadblocks.Develop customer-facing documentation to visually describe project management milestones and timelines.Generate a high level of communication with meeting recaps.Provide recommendations for process and/or communication improvement related to technical projects to reduce delivery time and improve customer satisfaction.Maintain customer information records, including gathering information about that customer and making sure that information is up to date in applicable systems (Autotask, IT Glue, Datto, Salesforce, etc).Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree, Business Administration or related fieldMinimum 3 years project management experienceExperience with technical project management (HaaS, SaaS, IT services)Experience in a customer service/success environment/implementation/project management environmentExperience with project management tools (Smartsheets, Wrike, etc)Experience with ticketing systems (Autotask, Halo, Jira)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Microsoft TeamsProficiency in Google Suite, particularly Gmail and Google DocsStrong written and verbal communication skills; empathetic customer service approachExcellent organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilitiesEmpathy for customer when delays or issues occurA true note-taker; drive for accomplishing task on-time or ahead of timePreferred QualificationsTechnical and/or complex project management experience (> 50 steps to onboardManaged Service Provider experienceFamiliarity with IT hardware, software, and managed services technologyFamiliarity with tools and technologies that small businesses commonly use is also valuableEstimated Usage of Time80% - Technical Project Management20% - DocumentationWork EnvironmentCompetitive salary, as well as employer, contributed health benefitsHybrid work schedule401k contributionAccess to a Company cell phone planA seat on an energetic team that collaborates and pushes each other to be betterA fast-paced but cooperative environment with endless potential for growthCelebration events for team and Company successes throughout the yearFlexible work from home options available.
