Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 03/02/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with 2+ years of inpatient rehabilitation experience for a 13-week travel assignment at an acute rehab hospital in El Paso, TX. Responsibilities Work in a 36-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injury or illness Assigned to the Speech Therapy department Patient population consists of inpatient rehabilitation cases EHR system: UDS Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM No floating required Navy blue scrubs required Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months Candidates must not be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position Weekends may be required on request Requirements Active SLP license (license required if applicable) Minimum 2 years of experience as an SLP Inpatient rehabilitation hospital experience required SSN and date of birth required for consideration RQI certifications are not accepted - standard certifications only Active licensure must be verifiable at time of consideration Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID #P-675827.
