Network Engineer with TS/SCI Clearance

Your role and responsibilities As a Network Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage robust computer networks to facilitate secure and efficient communication within organizations. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and installing network infrastructure, configurations, and devices like routers and switches (5 years) Implementing security systems, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and data backups (3 years) Conducting regular maintenance to troubleshoot, upgrade, and install service packs Providing on-site customer support and technical assistance Consulting with clients to recommend tailored network solutions Testing and installing new systems, hardware, software, and applications Creating engineering design packages to integrate new processes into existing systems Collaborating with clients, tech support teams, and network providers to maintain network quality Delivering network status reports to key stakeholders Required technical and professional expertise Experience in developing and installing network infrastructure, configurations, and equipment such as routers and switches Expertise in implementing data security systems like firewalls and antivirus software Proven ability to perform routine network maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades Must have and maintain TS/SCI clearance. Preferred technical and professional experience Proficiency in additional ERP systems: Familiarity with Tier-2 ERP and MES systems such as SAP or Oracle is advantageous in meeting diverse client needs Knowledge of industry-specific solutions: Understanding of sector-specific packages can enhance your ability to provide customized solutions for clients Experience with advanced technology: Familiarity with emerging technologies, including cloud-based ERP systems or IoT integrations, can give you an edge in delivering innovative results IBM is dedicated to fostering a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
