Position Overview: As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting Mantle's brand and engaging our community. Your focus will be to create and implement innovative social media strategies that enhance our visibility and foster active participation from our audience. Develop Social Media Strategies: Conceive and execute comprehensive strategies across various channels to enhance brand awareness and community engagement. Evaluate Existing Plans: Review the current marketing and social media strategies, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations. Community Management: Build and maintain vibrant online communities on platforms like Twitter, YouTube, and Medium through engaging content and campaigns. Engagement: Respond promptly to community comments and inquiries while identifying marketing opportunities and areas for enhancement. Collaborate: Work closely with internal marketing and product teams to ensure all social media efforts align with broader strategies. Create Visual Content: Collaborate with the design team to produce captivating visual content, including campaign posters, banners, and multimedia presentations. Build Partnerships: Seek and establish community-building opportunities, including media features, collaborations, and speaking engagements. Team Management: Help scale and manage a team of community moderators and builders. Budget Management: Manage the monthly social media budget, coordinating with internal teams for effective fund allocation. Analyze and Optimize: Track campaign performance, collecting feedback and analyzing data to propose enhancements to our social strategies.
