Responsibilities: • Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards • Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes • Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing • Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals Qualifications: • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office • B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required • Past sales experience is preferred • Some weekend and evening hours required Compensation: $58,000 - $185,000 yearly• Compensation: $58,000-$185,000 per year
